1. Shipping rates & costs

Standard Delivery is done via international courier (e.g. DHL / UPS) and deliveries are expected to take 4-6 days. Note that if ordering an out of stock item, the lead time to produce the ordered item is not included within the 4-6 days. You will be advised by a member of our team on production upon placing your order.

2. Shipping restrictions

All our products are shipped in secure standard packaging and will not contain any contraband or bulk deliveries for other customers.

3. Missing or lost packages

Customers will receive a tracking code for every shipment for items purchased. This will enable you to know the exact location of your package at all times. In the event of lost or missing shipment, our team will assist you in the recovery / refund / replacement process to guarantee your satisfaction.
